I absolutely love it. You’re the only person I know of who is into TTC like I am. Oh my gosh. He deserves all the awards. I just feel like he goes all out and man, I get chills and tears over and over. He’s a creative legend full of so much talent and it’s important to handle it with respect and he does. It’s so much more than entertaining. The band is tight. Love the brass. Love the songs and I don’t know how the world isn’t talking about how absolutely incredible this set of 3 albums is. It’s 3 by design. You know it! Triune. I’ve spent a lot of time in Tupelo. Where are you, my brother?

I prefer the Hallelujah version, because it's closer to MY childhood memories, which are deep South/Southeastern Ohio and Logan County West Virginia. The very first time I heard it, just the first 2 lines, I was up out my chair and on my feet, and I could hear my grandpa preachin... he was a Church of God Preacher, the kind that ends every sentence with "huuuuunnnhh". You just don't grow to far out of that, you know? It sticks to you. Not in a bad way. I can't stop listening to this song.

Your dadgum reactions are the best! Circussy vibes! Love everything about this album. A few songs in this albums lyrics gave me goosebumps, a man sharing his convictions in song is a beautiful thing. Love how he’s using his platform, and how he writes and produces music.

I'm 54..my daughter's BF introduced me to Tyler a few months ago. He has soared to ky top 10 artists. His voice, songwriting and music videos are just top notch.

This is his first record to feature the food stamps in the studio. And it feels like more of a tyler childers and the food stamps record because of it, whereas his past records have been solo albums with session players. Really nice to see the boys stretch their legs. Now they're really eating big time

At 2:56 in your vid you paused on a banjo player. Fellow named Lee Sexton. Banjo legend of parts of East Kentucky. Can find him around on KZfaq. "Whoa mule" was required listening at my elementary school back in the 80s early 90s.

First of all, we are almost exactly the same age 😂 I was born in February 1985! Secondly, I totally was feeling that New Orleans vibe too. Have you listened to Senora’s most recent album? She also had some New Orleans vibes in hers as well. I’ve been loving the new album. Somebody said it’s like a hillbilly gospel Dark Side of the Moon and I totally agree. It’s very experimental which seems super strange when it’s got all of these old timey aspects to it. I’m all about it and have been listening for 2 days straight.

You really should do several songs of Flatland Calvary if you haven’t already. I think you’d really appreciate their music. I’ve seen them twice, going to see them twice more in the next year, and I managed to get my wife and I Cletos signature at the last concert of theirs we went to. Amazing band, genuine people. I’d recommend: Come Back Down Missing You February Snow Travelers Song No Shade of Green To start lol. Their “Coke May EP”, “Humble Folks”, and “Homeland Insecurity” albums you could literally make 27 new review videos because every song is worth the listen.
