this is awesome music, it gives more of an "aftermath feeling" where evil is throughly fucking dead, the good guys are tired, bleeding, and just want to enjoy the trip home for some much needed rest. and beer. what? you KNOW tails' underage ass is swipin the grog.

It does add a bit of distortion, but over all, the increase in tempo is not bad at all. I wish Sonic 2&3 just did a speed up for Super Sonic like with speed boots. By the time I get to lava rear I'm already well into super/hyper Sonic territory. And listening to the same song over and over gets a bit much lol My sad claim to fame is that I can have all the emeralds before the start of Hydrocity Zone, and all 14 before Flying Battery Zone
