Күн бұрынWelcome to the compilation of our most ambitious Takeover yet! Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and Dr. Eggman joined us for our 7th ever Takeover on Twitter, and for the first time on TikTok, too! Every response was written and recorded over the course of a single day.
The biggest of special thanks go out to our incredible cast: Roger Craig Smith (Sonic), Mike Pollock (Eggman), Colleen O'Shaughnessey (Tails), Dave B. Which checks out, Tails is his only rival in genius. They literally both have the same level IQ of 300, which makes Tails more impressive because you could imagine Dr. Eggman probably went through some kind of formal training or schooling to get how smart he is, while Tails literally admitted he grew up homeless, meaning he likely started with scraps

@Manperson7 and yet, Eggman’s still more than fine to equally try to control or destroy Tails just like the rest of the cast. Him being a child doesn’t matter to Eggman, except for the reasons as to why he wants to take him out so hard: imagine knowing that a child is able to match wits with you and constantly hangs out with the guy you hate and they constantly foil your plans. At that point, their age doesn’t matter, you want them gone.

@Manperson7 as loveable as he is, never forget that Dr. Eggman is an actual psychopath who has nearly broken the world on more than one occasion. Like, it’s kind of rediculous how often he manages to fuck up planetary bodies and cause worldwide chaos with some of his schemes. Remember when he blew up the moon? Remember when he blew up the moon the SECOND time??? And how many different alien apocalypses has he managed to nearly unleash on the earth?

I rather disagree. Shadow is a character that gets easily ruined by jokes as much as he gets ruined by pointless edginess. Or, the worst scenario, both at the same time. It's good they left him out. I like the reason though, implying he felt uncomfortable when was asked to be married. I don't really like they passively take the side against Elon Musk or bring politics and stuff in at all. I do like, though that they made tMoStH canon. Even though they are starting to ship Shadamy, which I don't like. At the same they're pushing Sonamy (and Knuxouge). Not sure what to think about these ships, but if Sonamy is the price to get rid of Shadamy and Sonadow, it is worth it.

theyre basically frenemies, they both respect eachother enough to not really go all out on both sides, sonic could EASILY kill eggman, and eggman could just carpet bomb every town he sees en masse until nothings left, and eggman would rather team up with sonic against anything ACTUALLY endangering the world, which is more often than you think.

With this dynamic and how they’re trying to make Eggman sympathetic through Sage, this kind of comes across as awkward when you learn about half the evil stuff he’s done recently. Killing Whisper’s team, starting a zombie apocalypse, disowning Belle, breaking Starline’s will to live, etc.🤣

These social media take overs are always fun with these characters. I didn’t have the time to ask a question, but for those who are curious, I would’ve asked them: If you guys could be any other animal besides what you are are what would you be? Fire away in replies if you want. Also, for those wondering why Amy’s audio sounds weird (at least on the Twitter end of the takeover), I believe Cindy Robinson for whatever reason had to record her voice through zoom while the other VAs were together in the same studio. There’s even proof of this with a group picture one VA (I believe it was either Roger or Colleen, I’m not sure) shared through their Twitter. Obviously that’s something she and the staff couldn’t control so there you go. I get a lot of you guys were innocently joking, but just to settle that story straight for those who were legit curious.👍

No. Afton is an Eggman wannabe. Eggman trapped living creatures inside robots for energy and movement way before Afton, and he has way more control over the metal than he does.

@@fero_zetta nah, *this* eggman would actualy be the movie Afton. Funny enough, the is another eggman who actually did an Afton move (no really) by tampering with the atractions of SHPP (Sonic heroes pizza palace), but then he got oof by one of them when he decided to get personal. Dont worry tho, he possesed a golden abandoned atraction after he died....wait, does that make him also the "casedy" of FNAS?
