This is part of Sonic Paradox's Flash Archive. With Adobe Flash shutting down the Sonic Paradox team wanted to preserve some of the Sonic Flash animations in full 1080p. Amazingly the animator, HyperActiveYouth, still had the original animation files. Because of this we could convert the video to a proper widescreen format. To help avoid copyright issues we've replace some songs. Special thanks goes to Ter0nik for making music for the car rap scene.

It was fun to work on the rap scene - I had to replace the original track with something that was essentially a copyright free parody, to ensure the lip syncing still matched up with the original. So now we have Sonic rapping over Ice Cap Zone about running and eggs. Neat.

The Shadow/Cream scene at the beginning was such a silly moment. Really, just about any time Shadow is involved in this series, it's a treat. The Ice Cap Zone rap was great. It's a pity that copyright and modern sensibilities means things have to get edited, but a moment like that shows genuine effort went into this.

Yea, this is the first time I heard the word keg. Due to the low quality audio and me being a dumb kid, I was wondering why they needed to be older to by a "cake" for the party XD

You can tell that the guy(s) making this were having fun. There's something charming about the zero-budget, badly mangled/off-character model, awkwardly timed dialogue, and limited audio of old Flash animations made by kids in High School.

This one of the very 1st Sonic Fan Animation I've ever watched and ever got nostalgic for ever since I visited Newgroudns and I'm surprised they didn't continue on with this series. Still I had a Super sonic blast with this one!

honestly i spent a lot of my childhood in the early 2000s watching these videos and couldnt appreciate their efforts to preserve the old ones from newgrounds more than i do right now. thank you for keeping these videos alive! it brings me serious nostalgia to watch this stuff.

This takes me WAY back. It sucks that you had to cut out "Holla Back" but, KZfaq isn't worth taking risks over anymore.

This audio in this sounds way better than the original, the original was just earrape and I could barely understand what they were saying, but this is an improvement. The unfortunate part is that they had cut out the music you used in the original because of copyright reasons, but that couldn't be avoided. But still this is great and by the way, I liked the song that was played when Sonic, Knuckles, and Shadow are driving their cars that Tails made.

It certainly was a surprise to see you guys remastering this. I haven't seen these videos in ages, it's really sweet that you guys decided to preserve some Flash Sonic content, and I also understand some changes were necessary in order to keep these on KZfaq, whether it be removing some offensive slurs or changing some background music that was copyrighted, good on you guys!

I never noticed the Y2K McDonald's Sonic toys in the background till now! I remember I saved one of those Sonic cups too. Loved Sonic so much 😂😂 and there wasn't a lot of merch at the time. I was 6, 7? Very nice attention to detail.

Funny story is I had ideas for a fourth episode after this. I heard rumors that there was going to a fourth one, but... I think that idea's retired. Still, seeing this brings back memories for me and it's still fun to watch after all these years.
