A video that will undoubtedly confuse you even more about the convoluted world of Metal Gear Solid 2. Prepare yourself for a sarcastic and hilariously misguided attempt to explain this mind-bending game, all while maintaining an impeccably British demeanor.
Join us as we embark on a journey that defies all logic, sense, and perhaps even your sanity. We'll be taking you through the twists and turns of Hideo Kojima's masterpiece, except I don't know anything and will likely give you all of the wrong information. This is not an essay on the true meaning behind Metal Gear, or diving into the mind of Hideo Kojima. This is me, a dipstick who played a video game thinking he understood it and is then passing that information on, badly.
Covering all of the good stuff in this one, the Tanker with Snake, the Plant with Raiden, AI Skynet nonsense, Otacon's weird family, and more.
Sit back, relax, and let the British sarcasm flow as I attempt to summarize the indescribable absurdity that is Metal Gear Solid 2. I guarantee that by the end of this video, you'll be scratching your head in both confusion and amusement.

Pretty much, at least Reddit has more conversation to it. I stick by Twitter and people clogging up hashtags with Kpop fancams and links to OF accounts.

Fatman appears roller blading with a glass of wine, this guys mid life crisis seems like a blast...that made me kinda loud looool. And when u sing the snake eater song when Emma and Raiden go down the ladder LOL

MGS2 is when Kojima went completely off the deep end. There is absolutely some important and relevant messages in this game, but it is also so insanely convoluted it feels like he needed to put a massive twist every other page of the script. It was unhinged and he needed an editor. Literally every other cut scene was: "Ahhh, so you thought it was X telling you what to do? Hahaha no! It was actually Y in control!" Then the next cut scene 20 minutes later was "Ha, they told you it was Y in control? ACTUALLY it was really Z all along you fool!" Then 15 minutes later: "Z? Z is nothing! We did it and it was our plan all along!" etc lol

A few notes: Fortune has the heart on the right, Olga has a boy, not a daughter. Snake managed to stick a tracker on the MGR before to loose it and it is NYC, nobody cares about weird s…t there, it’s the normality XD

They actually did have a cutscene of arsenal gear crashing into manhattan but it resembled 9/11 too much so they had to cut it. Another scene similar to that was also cut, it was raiden cutting down an American flag that would fall onto solidus after he fell from the roof.

@@akversus No!! There's nothing wrong with ppl having similar ideas. And as I said you're like "the version of him who takes his meds" meaning you have a recognisable calmness while still being funny while Max0r heavily on ADHD editing. Which isn't bad but can get tiresome. Keep doing what you're doing. You're on to something.

Do mgs3 and 4. Whole series actually😂 u can probably do this for many games, but warning to people these videos hit better when u've already played the games. The games story is absolutely marvelous but these over simplifications make it absolute comedy. Im sure same thing can be said for even the best stories or movies if they were over simplified like this.

I'm dreading the day I get around to Phantom Pain. I have a tendency for being a kleptomaniac in that game and get easily distracted from my main objective. 😂 It's definitely on the to do list.
