GS. Sony Purchased Audeze.. lets hope this is the start of some Great Sony gaming headphones

This is really the only good review on the Pulse Explorers. I just got mine in the mail today and Im loving them. Ive never gotten the chance to hear magnetic drivers until i got these, and i am blown away, you can literally hear everythig in the game and they make you feel like you are actually in the game. I was just listen to a podcast in the background while was gaming and it felt like i was in the studio with them, Its been a very immerssive expirence. For me the Explorers set a new bar, from here on out I want clear crisp audio as oppose to heavy bass when it comes to gaming. Youre right,these are designed for gaming,not music and casual use. They are not meant to replace your Airpods. Thats why when I herd other reviewers talk about them not playing music well, or say "they cant fit in my pocket" I wanted to rip my hair out 😂

I took the ear tips from my other Sony headphones more of a CONE shape and the SEAL is Perfection.

Just watched because I value your opinion, I have had them since launch. Thanks for the review as always. Definitely see if you like a different tip. The ones it comes with might be the worst I have ever tried and my ears have put up with a lot of military crap in them...

Great video, Keith! It seems to me that Sony is trying to have a PS5 accessory without cannibalizing their other earbud sales. That's the only explanation I have for these to have so few functions.

Didn't Sony buy Audeze and don't these have some of those features like the Ai and planter magnetic ? I have the Audeze Maxwell and love those but for these being $100 less with a lot less features and sound. For example the mic on the Maxwell's I can be using the vacuuming, eating, chewing gum and no one can hear it in chat. That's a feature I love about the Maxwell that doesn't seem like these have.

Will you be comparing these Pulse earbuds to the Sony Inzone earbuds?

Sony going planar? many probably were cut off guard on that one and thought maybe Hifiman or Yamaha lol. Sennheiser and Bose may be watching after all Bose made the first electrostatic IEM and could go planar at will. If Beats produces a set it would really shake up the audiophile community.
