Chicken and gravy
10 bone in chicken pieces
2 tbsp salt free cajun
1 tsp chicken seasoning
2 cans cream of chicken
3 tbsp butter
1 onion
1 bell pepper
Mac n Cheese
8 oz noodles
2 cups heavy cream
1 lb cheese ( mix of sharp cheddar, mozzeralla, colby jack)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk (evaporated milk is better)
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 sazon packet
vegeta or chicken boullion
pepper
garlic powder
Black Eye Peas and Green
2 cans black eye pease
1/2 onion
3 slice bacon
salt free cajun seasoning
Toneys seasoning
collard greens and kale
better than boullion chicken
Yellow Rice
2 cups jasmine rice
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 chicken boullion tablets
3 cups water
bay leaf
toney's seasoning
sazon tropical

Girl idk how some ppl cooking 🤷🏽‍♀️ yes I like mine with flavor too. I think ppl see a lot of spices and assume it’s salty or over done. But spices don’t = salt. It means flavor!

Yes! Made the chicken part yesterday for my family and even my picky kids devoured it! Next time I’m making double the chicken because of the complaints there were no leftovers 😂 I’m trying the other recipes in the video next!

Camirra I love this chicken recipe tutorial. You season your food just right. You have to season your food generously and liberally. In order for your food to have some flavor and taste. We cannot be afraid to season our food. As a cook myself I am well acquainted with my seasonings that I'm working with. As long as the seasoning that you are using doesn't have a high sodium content. I get really disappointed and discouraged when I eat food that is bland and tasteless. I don't like bland food. I love seasonings, spices, and herbs on my food. I really enjoy and appreciate your cooking channel. Keep these recipes coming! ♥️♥️♥️

You know we know how to COOOOOKK! haha. as long as its not high in salt, sprinkle it on all you want. u spoke correctly about cooks being familiar with the seasonings we use. we know how much to use so it comes out just right!

There's no thing such as over seasoning as long as it's not salted. We cook very similar, especially the Mac & Cheese. However, we make our rice very different. You are amazing!

I really enjoy the full meals! We get multiple recipes in one video. Due to having a lot of family members with diabetes, I try and go the low-carb route. I made your Mac and cheese with not pasta but cauliflower florets.
