@@TallTrees420 You can 100 just go to almost any clothing store and ask them to remove the tag, they're frequently left on bought clothes by accident. Or if you've got a real strong magnet you can do it yourself, most of those tags just use a metal pin that lifts put when you apply the magnet to the right place (check out Lock Picking Lawyer here on KZfaq for a brief demonstration)

So as far as we know there's no lawsuits/consoles coming in the near future The story is just funny because people were quick to point out that the NES was released almost 5 years before Soulja Boy was even born but he would always just respond with "don't believe the media's lies, they're all a bunch of racists"
