fun fact, a lot of these are canadian. like that one with the puppets in the alleyway. canada had a weird phase in the early 2000s of making strange, liminal-feeling PSAs for just about everything. the North American House HIppo is another example of a weird canadian PSA

Surprisingly, a lot of Canadian and UK PSAs were either horrifying (child abuse ones, drunk ones, drug ones, work safety ESPECIALLY) or just so bizarre you can't help but want to be under the influence to watch it.

I'd say from a mathematic perspective, the guy who died from a bullet is deader since it would have killed him before he hit the ground whereas with the guy who fell down the stairs, his death would occur during or afterwards which wouldn't be as quick.

I watched this video back when it came out and I have watched it several times over the years. Only today have I just noticed when Jon asks "Is it really called Ghoul?" you can faintly hear someone in the background say "yes". He needed confirmation that the PSA was in fact called Ghoul. You know, I understand the "who's more dead" one. The obvious answer is neither of them, they're both equally dead. So, illegal drugs and prescription drugs are equally dangerous. It's less of an anti-drug PSA, and more of a "be careful with legal ones too, you won't be less dead if you overdose on them just because they aren't illegal" PSA.
