So the new soundboks is perhaps my most favorite thing that I reviewed in 2019. Ever since it came out this soundboks has been my go to speaker for almost everything. Whether im listening to music while im getting b-roll or if im going to get together with my friends the soundboks is usually my first choice. But now the new soundboks has gotten a significant firmware update and a new app which brings new features to the Soundboks and quality of life improvements.

Best bluetooth speaker tester. Thanks. At 3:55 I thought, how nice it would be if you include the partybox... and then there was. The change in beat is best too. And different modes tests and comparsion.

I have the SB3 a few months and I do like it very much, specially the app. I use it in my gym during traininglessons and at uur gym BBQ 😁. So, I really agree with your review regarding the performance. Power mode is most used.

Excellent review man. I've ordered my SB3 and 2 days ago I can't wait for it to get here!! I'm so pumped! I saw a bunch of people (Amazon reviews) comparing it to the JBL300. I'm not an audiophile so I've never heard of that speaker before but I trusted my gut and went with the SB3 anyway. After watching your review, I'm glad I made that choice as the JBL300 didn't sound remotely close to being as crisp as the SB3 (at least in your video). Thanks for this confirmation!

@@Ealps For those who care what I have to say about this, here ya go. So I've had my SB3 for about a month now and all I have to say is... HOLY SHIT! This speaker is absolutely phenomenal! This is literally the best speaker I've ever listened to. It doesn't matter which volume you play your tunes at, it will come out CRYSTAL CLEAR!!! Even at full volume! I didn't think it was going to deliver on that promise at full volume but trust me, it's truly incredible how it has ZERO distortion at max volume. There is one small thing tho... It's not any fault of the speaker, but it is definitely OP to use in an apartment (duh right?). I have to leave it on the "Indoor" mode in order to keep the neighbors happy (they've knocked from the other side of the wall a few times 😂) and to keep my ears happy. Believe it or not, too much bass resonating off of non-sound proofed walls is no bueno after about 20min. I can't wait until we move into a house so I can sound proof the walls and buy a second one so I can have stereo output! 😁

@@stangbang100 I totally hear ya man. I was the same way too because shelling out $1000 bones for a speaker that you've never heard in person is major. Bro, when I say you just gotta go for it man... I guarantee you'll be back to let me know how much you love it. I'm using mine right now 😂. Seriously tho, one of these speakers blows my surround sound out of the water. I can't wait until I get a basement and order my 2nd one for the full stereo effect.

Cant believe I am going to have to return my 2 soundboks gen 3 units. Truly staggered to discover there is no means of adjusting down a connected microphone to Ch1 or Ch2 when the main volume is set to 11. I have never in my life known of any speaker that did not allow you to control the volume of a mic!! .. considering the p[revious version of the app has a 0 to 100% volume slider, now replaced with an EQ that has zero effect on sound.

The partybox 300 has unmatched low end bass across all of these types of speakers. Won’t be as loud. But it sounds so amazing

I think the soundboks 3 is better if you really can pay for it, the bass goes to 45hz on the partybox and to 40hz on the soundboks

No because there is for example only one tweeter and one of the big speakers is for upper bass and the mids the other is only for bass

Yes it is, the speaker is loud enough to have a super big festival. This speaker is allso the most worth it for its price compared to other big speakers

There is nothing wrong with the Soundboks design the design is perfect but to get the quality sound to get a deep bass you need to make it with 2,15 inch speak and a bigger battery and more power We want one box to do the job of two, the design of the box should not be change it just need to be bigger you should not need to buy five box when you can use 2,15 inch bigger speaker in one box As one of Soundboks best customer my opinion should be valued soundboks is going around in circles you have made all the box the same size and then you call that new to be new you have to step out of your comfort zone and be innovative I love the design but I need you Soundboks to go bigger if you say that you're for the out door party's then that defeat the hold object

I saw a video when the speaker volume is at 11 it make a pop noise then shuts off... do anybody else have this problem?

It is when you use a too powerful aux input and then it shuts off for security... But you just have to use a "reasonable" input signal

Battery, because when you play it in the second bass boost mode it sounds as the partybox when pluged with AC power

With bass + it’s equal to SB2 and the bass is deep like before
