The older model produces more bass than that. It's like it has more upper bass like the SONY speakers with small enclosures

I have a pair of these. The new app is great. You can pair them as Stereo l/r channel. Super good. Totally disagree that that don't clip at full volume. They make some weird noises at certain frequencies when driven at full (11) volume. Still I love them. Nothing is perfect.

you think that's expensive you should check out the new diamondboxx XL 2 almost 2,000$ but from what i have heard is totally worth no one has done a comparison of the soundboks 3 and the diamondboxx XL 2 yet

Mike, I actually have a few ion products. They are not in the same product class. These are sub 1k dollar speakers ion is sub 200. 😂

They have released an app for SOUNDBOKS 3 where you can change volume, switch between modes (indoor, power, bass+) and so on

It's good as long as you keep in mind that there 10s and wont it as low as 12s or 15s So good for mid low to mid base. So doing expect rumbling base. :)

Curious, you claim that 5 speakers can be paired via Bluetooth, can you tell me how that is done? Oh wait, it can't be done with BT.......The technology is called SKAA and you just glazed right over it on product and on their website. I have 3 NSB speakers and love them! I also picked up more SKAA-enabled products that will work with my NSB. Your review is not too bad but you really should learn about technology if you are going to be a reviewer!

This is to Digital DJ Tips we have enough small gadget like JBL there is no need for any more, we do not have any existing two 15 inch bluetooth speaker box Soundboks is the same size, are is it Soundboks to undertake building a new Soundboks 4 that would speaker box Soundboks should ask there customer if a bigger Soundboks 4 with two 15 inch

for same price, Partybox 1000 or teufel rockster sounds better and louder. Soundboks is just good for its battery and its weight

And is only 15kg the tiefel is 35kg and hard to carry. The aoundboks can be popped on your back and then can snowboard 🏂down hill with it

@@emilankermller929 thats the frequenzy claimed range but not what you hear. The peaks and tuning is more over 75hz bass or even higher. You will not hear any 40hz bass at high volumes or even at lower volumes hardly. Just compare it to a jbl partybox or teufel rockster. They both reach like 40hz also but you csn hear it and hear clearly the difference, thst the soundboks 3 has no deep bass. Thats why I wrote "hearable"

@@christofferfriis1194 i got soundboks 2 and i know they play some noise down to 40hz but rather the soundboks 2 than the soundboks 3. I have heard both and the teufel rockster and thr jbl partybox 100 and 1000 and the soundboks 3 has NO, ZERO deep bass at 40hz if you hear it next to jbl partybox or teufel rockster. Like there is NO 40hz bass or something under 75hz at all. Roll off is way too strong and its tuned to 100hz peak or something. Also at max. Volumes it will not keep any low bass

you probably have a shitty headset, you can easily feel the bass with ¨good¨ headsets, also this speaker is not made for super hard bass, but perfect balance between elements. try doing better since you are so serious:))))))))

Just for clarity to the uninformed, the ability to link up to 5 speakers is done via a different technology than Bluetooth. Bluetooth cannot do this! The tech is called SKAA. They have their own KZfaq channel too. Without the incredible technology of SKAA, this would just be another loud BT speaker. It's really hard to believe that a professional reviewer would skip mentioning this technology. You are misleading the consumer. I have speakers with this technology and it is cool. SMH.
