I got soundflow and a stream deck about a month ago and I’ve being going ham on setting it up for PT. Can’t wait to try these new updates!

Sweet, going to give this a try again. The technical barrier to get started was way too intense. And more directed to post production workflows and not composers/producers so much. Hopefully these macros will be more music making in nature!

Nice one, but as a Cubase user, I couldn't see an action or macro that I could not achieve with Keyboard Maestro and Stream Deck, and it is much cheaper. Correct me if I'm wrong.

My first question is being some one who has Avid control devices…with the Avid control app, can I do the same things by just programming my Avid Dock or S3 with some of the same MACRO short cuts…is this for people who don’t want to shell out the $$$ for the Avid Eucon eco system which will a minimum set you back $1700 for a Dock iPad/tablet or S1?

Soundflow should act like a customizable midi controller, and hotkey trigger. This is the process you should make easier.

I know it sounds silly in this day and age but I absolutely hate subscriptions. Shame looks great I’m sure it will do well

I don't get it. This changed nothing. What you are showing, is basically presets for Streamdeck. Streamdeck has already its own programming software. Simply create the macro, and assign in Streamdeck to a slot and add icon. For instance. Pro tools - macro - ALT 1 Creates new audio track In Streamdeck - trigger - ALT 1 So, sound flow was supposed to be programmable gui for touch surface (iPad for instance), that can have knobs, sliders, commands, layed out as wished. Basically Streamdeck, but more than buttons and control. In what way, is this easier now?

I'm trying to navigate through setting up a custom deck similar to his example in the video. I keep clicking on something that seems correct, but takes me out of this planet system and in to another universe. The editing software is infuriating. I have wasted an hour and a half. My eyes are glazing over with dis-interest.

yawn.... looks/sounds alot like eucontrol. lol.
