Sounds True was founded in 1985 by Tami Simon with a clear mission: to disseminate spiritual wisdom. Since starting out as a project with one woman and her tape recorder, we have grown into a multimedia publishing company with more than 80 employees, a library of more than 1500 titles featuring some of the leading teachers and visionaries of our time, and an ever-expanding family of customers from across the world. Experiencing absolute surrender and consequent transcendence is to realise what the Masters realise in being 'no-body' again, purely aware, 'like a child' returned to the eternal present moment 🌞💖

Surrender is a simple word and yet complicated as it requires some deep understanding, and learning before we understand it. The term surrender for me is: to unburden ourselves from the clutter the mind either consciously or unconsciously accumulated during our experience of daily life and this accumulation of clutter has programmed the mind in a way that has fragmented the mind, our thinking and we feel bewildered as a result. From sanity to insanity if this analogy can be used and benefit in shedding some light in the matter. It’s like a sound mind or unsound mind. In Buddhism, they call it detachment.. and Allen Watts was another great philosopher who touched on the term in details… I have also come across brief sentences such as a road with less traffic, that is, a mind with less thoughts or less disturbing thoughts if you like contributes to the individuals happiness, joy, and more focus … Antony Robbins termed it as a resourceful state of mind - more focussed… or Eckhart Tolle , the author of the power of now, presence, this moment regardless of a past or future pain or pleasure. This of course can be argued and elaborated in different ways according to the individuals personal experiences in life… Keep read and you will get there. 👍

Very thoughtfully laid out. Thank you for taking the time. The many ways to deliver the most important messages need only to serve one another. Notice the moon rather than the fingers that are pointing to it.

I have been saying this for years now. Having had cancer twice between the ages of 37 & 40, what was supposed to be my prime. It has been my greatest teacher and such a blessing because of all that it has taught me. Surrender being number 1.. 🙏🏻🙌🏻🤍

I’m fully on board with this, but why is it we can manifest whatever we want

Manifesting is greed.. Comes from lack ..wanting... Suffering.. Also you compare and mesuure your self to others.. Thats maybe a root to much suffering and potentially being an agenda pushed on to Us lately to keep americans in longing?

I like Tate but when they ask why do you think your messagge creates problem and he says “All I say is man should say what they mean and mean what they say. That men should have standards. That men should not be with women who cheat and lie”. If this was his message, and how he espressed it, first he wouldn’t be famous cause it’s boring, second he wouldn’t have any problem. The things he said are way more controversial that these😂
