Ingredients
Carrots 500g
White radish 500g
Pumpkin 500g
Cabbage 500g
Water 4L
1. Chop the vegetables into thin slices
Remove the pumpkin seeds, but include the skin when chopping
2. Put the vegetables in the pot in layers, in the order of carrots, radish, pumpkin, cabbage
Now add the water
3. With a weak fire, slowly cook the vegetables
When the smell of vegetables wafts from the pot, it's finished.
4. Remove the vegetables with a sieve, and drink only the soup
This liver fat melting soup is straight from the pioneer of macrobiotics in America, the American vegetable movement's founding father Michio Kushi himself.
My ex-husband had an eye affliction for an unknown reason, and got narrower vision in his left eye as the days passed.
We went to multiple hospitals, and he was diagnosed with constriction of vision.
When his vision deteriorated to less than 30% remaining, Dr Kushi gave us advice on what to do.
The reason for his illness was "build up of liver fat"!
No more overdrinking, eating too much ramen, and similar things.
