Ingredients/ Supplies:
12 bags of preferred tea
2 Quarts of water
2 lemons and 1 c of fresh mint (OR) 1 large orange and 2 cinnamon sticks
4 oz of honey
Vacuum seal bag(s) (OR) oven safe bowl(s) and Press N Seal
Place fruit and herb (spice) of choice, along with water, tea, and honey in your container (if using vacuum seal bag and Wolf vacuum sealer - use seal and vacuum level 1), if using oven safe bowl, cover with Press N Seal twice (two thorough layers), then...
place in CSO on perforated pan (level 2 if using Wolf) - set appliance to Sous Vide Mode 150 degrees for 2 hours - if you do not have Sous Vide Mode - set to Steam Mode Only 150 degrees for 2 hours. When done...
place in ice bath for about 10 minutes or until cool enough to handle - then, pour through mesh strainer/funnel into your iced tea container - then, Enjoy!
