1 lb 8 oz or 680 g baby dutch yellow potatoes
1/2 medium sized yellow onion
6 medium to large garlic cloves
2 tsp neutral tasting oil (I used avocado oil)
Salt and Pepper (any of your other favorite spices)
3 tbsp unsalted butter
190 F or 87 C
1 hour cooking time
