2 russet potatoes (medium to large in size)
1 yellow onion (half of a medium sized onion )
5 to 6 garlic cloves (medium to large in size)
2 tsp oil (for potatoes)
1 1/2 lbs or 681 g fresh spinach
8 pieces uncured turkey Canadian bacon
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups or 375 mL egg whites
Per Meal:
97 g roasted potatoes
25 g garlic/onion mix
112g cooked spinach
70 g egg whites
2 pieces Canadian turkey bacon
1 fried egg
