In this South Africa documentary we feature our favorite spots and highlights along the Garden Route which we visited during our road trip. The video includes part of the Eastern and Western Cape where we traveled during a 3-week Self-Drive Road Trip between Cape Town and the game resorts east of Port Elizabeth such as Addo National Park, Pumba Private Game Reserve & Lodge and Amakhala Game Reserve. Beside the region around the Cape and the famous Cape of Good Hope you will see many spots along the Garden Route, amazing places in the Wine Region (incl. some Wine tastings) around Stellenbosch/Franschhoek and the Cederberg region.

You did justice to one of he most beautiful parts of my home country. I would highly recommend the tsitsikama national park. On the ocean with crashing waves with some easy, but beautiful hikes

Bitte - freut uns sehr, dass wir Erinnerungen wecken konnten. :-) Unser erster Trip nach Südafrika war 2006 und zu jetzt ist das schon ein großer Unterschied, was sich da getan hat. Denke zu den 90iger ist nochmal ein gewaltiger Unterschied.

I've always wanted to visit South Africa for myself and see the beauty with my own eyes. I can't decide which town I would want to live in but they both offer so many great things to experience. I know if I were to live there I would want a water view from my home on a daily basis. I'm a foodie so I want to experience some great cuisines and I love the arts. You have intrigued me to want to come visit as soon as possible.

Beautiful photography 👏👏👏 My family and I went twice to South Africa and spent twice 1 month there. First time in Kruger / Blyde River Canyon area. And second time in Cape Town area, Paarl, garden road. That's an incredibly beautiful country that had such a huge impact on us for its landscapes (my husband is a photographer) but also for its complicated and impacting history (which is fascinating to me). We loved it so much that we decided to move to Reunion Island (I am French, my husband is American) to return to RSA and get a deeper approach to the country. ❤

Very well done! I am also busy at the moment about the same subject. I know SA for many years - now we have the technical possibility to realize cinematic videos - also with a drone. it puts it on a different level -though sometimes unwanted in National Parks.

Well said! Thanks for watching. And yes a drone gives you new great perspectives. We always intend to follow the rules for drone flying although it's sometimes complicated or not reasonable. For national parks with game although it's totally understandable due to poaching and disturbing the animals.
