Preference and safety are two different things.1/4.mi are for cars that only give up 12 13 seconds eighth of a mile is for cars that go over 200 mi in the 8t today's cars running three times as fast and they become projectiles in in like planes they take off pictures don't stick to the ground like they used to

Yes I'm from the UK, flew to Orlando and travelled round Georgia, Carolinas, Tennessee and Kentucky for 3 weeks... very nice people, not too expensive, well worth the trip... 🙂

question, why not install line-locks on theses autos, just for the burn-outs would be a postive, line-locks, lock the brakes, do ya burn-outs, then do your-run -- wouldnt wanna flip the-switch while-moving-tho --

SEGA doesn't allow the time and speed posted. Those boards are off on purpose. They re-create 1967 in as many ways as possible. And when you see these in person...the win light is enough. The races are often pretty close. The drivers can get their times printed for their info I believe.
