This Tiger Gold piece of American History has Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Deluxe Interior, Bucket Seats, Tinted Glass, Dual Mirrors, Day/Nite Mirror, Rear Bumper Guards, Aluminum Heads, Aluminum Intake, Hurst Shifter, L78 396 Camaro Super Sport Equipment, fiberglass hood, uninstalled Bill Thomas Race Headers in the trunk. All the molding, trim, emblems, bumpers, window felts, and weather seals have all been replaced. Great attention to detail has been put into this Camaro RS/SS to make it look like it came out of Nickey Chevrolet in 1967…Protect-o-plate/Dealer Warranty Card, Warranty Book, and Window Sticker with matching VIN and vehicle information are included. 1967 Nickey Camaro 427 Stage III
It is estimated that there were only 14 Nickey Camaros built in '67 and of those, only three received the legendary aluminum headed Tri-Power 427 L-89 engine.
Nickey Chevrolet of Chicago was known as the Original Super Car Headquarters, and they were the first to offer the new 427 big-block Corvette engine in the Camaro. Selling more Chevrolets than almost any dealer in America, the dealer’s high-performance department worked in conjunction with Bill Thomas as soon as the 427 was available in 1966.
