It’s idiotic to blame Southgate for the Belgium game. 2 goals conceded because of individual defensive errors and England were pretty dominant for the rest of the game, missed 3 big chances. How is the manager to blame for that?

I've been laughing at him for years, it's been painfully obvious how shite a manager he is and its only now that some of you are realising it too. Whilst I can agree it's friendlies and he's giving players a test to see how they are, there's absolutely no excuse to STILL have pickford as a starting goalie. He should've been dropped for the previous world cup. But hey, keep him in a job. Suits me just fine.

Southgate will not get sacked. As the FA have no balls, the FA are fucking useless. The ONLY two ways Southgate is gone from England is either he resigns or he wants to leave to manage a Club, that’s it. Remember this is same FA that wouldn’t sack Hodgson after we couldn’t get out of our World Cup group in 2014, AND wouldn’t sack Hodgson after our loss vs Iceland at the 2016 Euros as Hodgson resigned after the match which the FA didn’t sack him. And this is also the same FA that originally appointed Sam Allardyce back in 2016. The FA are fucking useless, it’s as simple as that.

Been seeing the same crap since 1970. Weak minded managers with a weak minded culture. Being an expat for 45 years helps me see this objectively from a distant. It always been the same go out and not lose, no talking about c'mon lets win like other strong minded nations with fighting spirit. No Australian sporting team would ever put up with this mediocre serial losing mindset. Start by putting the best manager you can afford in ,who cares where he comes from. None of this manager picked by a committee stuffwith huge Yes man mentality. Sack the whole board for starters thats where the problem has laid 55 years. Even with a change of manager, England will most likely still have Pickford, Maguire and Chilwell in starting 11. No way those boys can be carried by the midfield and attacking talent in the squad. Semis is the limit for England.
