Great video. Recently started boxing. I’m a right handed person, but find being in the Southpaw stance more natural. Does this Matter? Or are there any disadvantages to this?

It’s all dependent on what you feel is best for you and how soon you can generate and develop your left hand. Do you plan on competing or are you only doing it for conditioning, fitness etc?

@@PalacBoxing mainly for fitness and conditioning really and a bit of self defence in the worst case scenario. Tried the orthodox stage earlier and it doesn’t feel too foreign. Will try it out on my next training session

Uczyłem się walczyć pierwszy jako nieposłuszny gówniarz. Potem nauczyłem się boksować, w końcu zostałem technikiem.
