Can I just salute yall on how far yall came 🙏🏾 I was watching/listening to some of the earlier episodes and I see the growth 🙏🏾 The talent and skill was there all the way back in Season 1 . However, there has been a substantial jump in quality over the years 🙏🏾 I remember not liking when the table was rotated, but now that I had some time to live with it I LOVE IT🙏🏾 May God bless the entire SouthSide Rabbi, Native Supple, and HGA Production staff‼️ Faithful/Loyal to the end No Easy Answers

Chsrlie Kirk would define diversity in terms of thought not complexion. But clearly he doesn’t even meet that standard considering he doesn’t see his own bias and prejudice in his statements.

I love KB....but they took a 30 second clip out of context....they didnt play the lead up or the exit statements to the clip....we have to do better here, especially as an example and with the platform you are standing on to spread love and not devisiveness

I think Charlie and his buddy must've seen Soul Plane one two many times to come up with such a stupidly racist comment. To act as if they just hire folks outta the backdoor of Walmart to fly a whole commercial airplane is utter insanity. The "right stuff" huh.... I'm glad he said the silent part out loud.

I think there are real benefits for inspecting bias and seeking diversity. That said, the political left has profoundly corrupted that concept in many situations our current cultural context. That is specifically what I find most people on the right rejecting as well. In my own personal experience in the education and professional world, many DEI initiatives and programs are more of a political litmus test, with a hyper focused on race and sexuality, than an impartial desire for diversity and inclusion.

@Southside Rabbi Love the convo here gents. Honestly, I see the comments by Kirk and what I hear from many of the pro-DEI crew as far more similar than different. It is ultimately race-essentialism coming from two different directions. Here is a question: what do you gents see as the difference between what Kirk says here and what so many in the "racial representation is essential" crew are saying? Let's give the common example I hear about of racial representation in school teaching. If I walk into a classroom and wonder if the teacher has "what it takes" to teach my child based on his/her racial category, aren't I making the same foundational error?

I respect you guys and believe you are my brothers in Christ but I think you are quite misled on this topic and deceiving others in the process. Diversity borne from a biblical worldview is crucial and God honoring. DEI, on the other hand, borne from a cultural marxist worldview is destructive and damning. DEI is much more concerned with diversity than qualifications. In aviation there may be more standards to ensure high quality workers, but you can be sure the best are not sought after, rather the best diverse individuals are sought after whether or not they are in fact the best or most deserving… a black man or an Indian woman may very well be the best for that position, but that has more to do with their God given intelligence and talents than their God given skin color. While I’m not familiar with how it works in aviation, DEI does have a pitiful track record for proving quality standards for workers across a variety of fields. The initiative promotes color over character and prejudices over performance. The priority should always be to provide quality standards and workers despite someone’s melanin count but this is not DEI’s objective.
