Nothing says ‘I am a horror to be around’ quite like punctuating the end of every sentence with a smug, fake smile. She ignores her dog because that’s how everyone starts to sound who’s been in her presence for any amount of time. On the bright side, if there’s ever a casting call for a head librarian for the Third Reich, we’ve got our girl.

Here is how you know that in their hearts, they KNOW the court does have jurisdiction. They reply and/or show up to court. When someone has no jurisdiction over you, you simply ignore it. Example: After my divorce my ex would contact me for this or that needed fixed at her house. I never responded to any of her requests, because she no longer had jurisdiction over me.

That POOR DOG. He was whining because he had to go potty. He's laying there with his leash on and she said something about he was waiting for his walk while she's so consumed with her ridiculous word salad. I hope she goes into custody and asks to go to the bathroom and they're like 'yeah yeah' and they make her wait for hours so she sees how it feels

This is what I can never understand with the Sov Cits. If I were presented with a court summons to the Royal Court of Mars, I'd just ignore it, and go about my business. But these folk keep showing up at courts they don't recognize.

And one simply must ask, exactly what response from the court was she expecting? “Dear Citizen, We are absolutely gobsmacked by the god-like intelligence and reason, with which these documents were submitted. And as we clearly have no legal defense that can counter your submissions, we surrender to your omnipotence. Please accept your appointment as a Judge in the district in which your case was taking place, with all powers and rights therein. In addition, we have included a check for $20,000,000, in accordance with the fee schedule we’ve previously received from defendants showing similar knowledge and limitless legal authority. May God have mercy on our souls.”

I love dogs too. My kid is a black lab named Otto. I named him after the dog on “Beetle Bailey”. Last Thursday, we went on post to watch a show put on by the 1st Cavalry Division Horse Detachment. Otto became buddies with one of the mounts.

I don't how, what and why Fair Housing, the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission have to do with motor vehicle laws, but that could be that I'm NOT insane. As for Mama Moonbat's wanting to use a youtube video instead of appearing via zoom (where she can be asked questions), I can understand why the court ignored that request...they were probably too busy laughing at it.

As someone who has followed her nonsense for approximately the past year after she was harassing my friend (and of course my friend is now part of her 1000+ person lawsuit, I have a bit of background info. So, wheee the HUD, fair housing and EEOC Comes into play is that the 18 years ago or whatever she supposedly tried to be a whistleblower on the Housing authority that she worked for (I can’t imagine why they would think it wasn’t credible). She was subsequently fired from her job and has been convinced that there is a massive conspiracy involving 2 different governors, 2 state AGs, etc. and that they all are making false arrests and accusations because they don’t want her whistleblower complaints to be heard. She is clearly not in a right state of mind and lashes out to anyone who has any different opinion or who try to suggest that her legal filings are completely absurd and have no grounds in actual law. She has like 11 pending cases from the past year when she was arrested on numerous ocassions, including for harassing her former landlord who evicted her as a serious nuisance because she turned his front porch into what looked like a hoarders paradise and self admittedly picked things off the side of the road, dumpsters, etc. She also refused to pay rent because she said it was a fair housing scam and a violation of her ADA rights. Her cases were actually moved out of the local courthouse due to threats she made to staff there. She sends almost daily emails (all of which she posts on her fb page smh) to hundreds of recipients and has had her phone number blocked from numerous entities for harassing phone calls. She wants to fire her lawyer bc he suggested she undergo a competency hearing and currently has arrest warrants out for failing to appear in court earlier in the month. So yeah, completely out there

So where did she go to study all these ‘legal’ words and learn to complete the paperwork? My partner had to go to court for speeding and we got a Solicitor for that because after a 10 min chat with him, he had me completely baffled! It was 4 fines from an auto camera in one week! The solicitor said it was unfair and he would fight to get all or most of the fines revoked. Partner was looking at a driving ban with 4 fines all carrying 3 points and he already had 3 points! Like I say it cost us £395 but he went to court for us and did his ‘law talk’ and got 3 fines written off as the judge accepted and found the evidence that the cameras were unfair, well researched and well presented. He had documents from the council roads dept, and a case law as evidence. Our solicitor had 3 other people with the same fines on the same road that he won as well after ours. If I had tried to do this myself or we had tried, we would have failed and he would have lost his licence. The solicitor saved us £3900 and 9 points! All for a knock down price of £395!

If you submit paperwork (documents) then you are yourself accepting that court has jurisdiction, why else would you submit it for ?? not only should that court have jurisdiction these sovcit clowns should be placed in prison for just being stupid ON PURPOSE !!!

My Labrador and Heeler would never have allowed me to continue to try this crap for 2 minutes, let alone prattle on for 10-15 minutes. The dog is probably starving considering how much money she's spending on legal fees. Unless she is independently wealthy.

If she were a legitimate whistleblower, she would have an attorney. As far as jurisdiction goes. If the alleged crime happened within the jurisdiction of that court. Then that court has jurisdiction. I don't understand why that's so difficult to comprehend

I think she says that she’s only been doing this case for one year, but she’s been litigating various court cases for 18 years in that area. Most people just pay the speeding tickets and get on with their lives. I think crazy litigation is a hobby of hers.

If it is on record, why is she sending it again? What is going to happen during the video court hearing if the dog is whining? Can the Judge charge her with neglect? The State doesn't want charges to go away or dropped, they want a final decision. The State (the people) want justice from their courts. She can't decide if an "Affidavit" is "OF Facts", that is the court to decide if it is facts. I should go on, but I'm not going to waste anymore of my time or Mike's.

Could imagine walking through life where everything goes wrong? People yell at you, break your window, fine you, take your stuff, kick you out of your home, and put you in jail, and they do it because you won’t stop ruining your life. You don’t have to get mad at them. They will punish themselves beyond anything you could legally do to them. It’s truly a lesson in how to stop yourself from ever being happy or ease your life.

Bagnaschi, look up her cases on ct judicial and you’ll see all are rearrest ordered bc she failed to appear earlier in the month bc the judge had stated he wanted her in person in CT and not remote (she relocated to Utah earlier this year)..
