For the tzatziki I think it's a good idea to strain the cucumber before mixing it so that it doesn't become too runny

As a greek I fainted when I heard dill on tzatziki. Everything else great video and recipes! How to make the secret perfect greek tzatziki from my grandgrandmother original recipe: Greek yoghurt 5-10% fat, Cucumber soaked in seasalt overnight in a strainer without the seeds(take them out with a teaspoon) Black pepper Salt (if needed) Olive oil Garlic Mix everything and then for serving, sizzle some oliveoil and top that with little fresh oregano and 1 black olive in the middle. You're welcome!

Again your recipes are so easy to downsize for single person and I can make just the right amounts! I did a combo of the ranch and tzatziki one with garlic salt pepper fresh chives parsley lemon juice about 1/4tbsp smoked paprika and onion powder and a half tbsp olive oil it was so good

Thanks. I make sweet potato fries in my airfryer and I needed a dip. I'll make ranch or hot sauce. I haven't got hot paprika spice but maybe I can use paprika and one of my hot spices that I have cayanne/habanero sauce/chili powder.

Your video got my creative juices flowing and I made a slightly different spin on your Ranch recipe which I used this afternoon on my veggie sandwich. I'll also let it sit in the fridge and use it as a dip for tonight's side dish of Baked French Fries. I'm never going to buy mayo/ketchup/dressings from a bottle again. This is so amazing! Thanks! Replace dried dill with fresh one, especially home grown, makes a world of difference

My greek friend told me, for tzatziki you use a bit of white wine vinegar.

I always use Greek or Bulgarian yogurt too. Love these healthy dip sauces, 5 for the price of 1, Soooo cool!
