I made the champiñones de alijo and the fried manchego cheese next day. Love the garlic flavor, the parsley give a refreshing taste. The herb bread crust does blend well the cheese I can’t wait to try the other ones.

Your recipes make me hungry always. So easy steps of making these wonderful recipes. I grilled some herbed chicken and made your potato recipe which I loved. It's the recipe you cut in rounds And dip in egg and fry. I found your potato recipe was so delicious. It went well with my grilled chicken and salad. Muy bien, so easy to make, I am on the way to the supermarket/grocery store to get mushrooms and olive oil. Tapas would be the "Mezze" equivilent of the eastern mediteranean delicious small plates. I love them. Thank you for sharing.
