my colleague in the work was opening a champagne bottle but he made very big BOOOOOM

Funny physics in which holding the bottle at an angle creates more space inside. The angle is just to make sure that, if the cork would fly out, the damage it could to is minimised. You could also mention that turning the bottle and not the cork makes sure you never let go of the cork (which you would need to do when turning the cork). Your actions are perfect, your words do not all make sense.

Hi sir i have a doubt about situation handling ( we take order from the guest and order is prepared by the chef ,If guest change his choice ofter the order get done if he ask for another dish. how to handle this kind of situation.)

It happens in our business but t should not happen too often. If this happens often in your job, it is most likely that you are making a mistake somewhere. If the guest has order the food and the kitchen has prepared it you should tell the guest that it is too late now to change their order because the food is already done! If he makes a problem, you should ask your manager to take over.
