He does have a boss. The NY Appeals Court Judges oversee NY Courts. They can step in, but so far they say he is bending over backwards being fair to Trump. They have twice denied his Appeals to have the case thrown out. They say the Judge is following not only the law, but is being very fair to Trump! 🤔
