@@ephajanke3242 Not always. Bunnies oftentimes reject other rabbits and have to be kept separate. Actually research it if you're interested, creating bunny friendships can actually be very tricky sometimes.

He "her husband" suggested they get him a friend. She has a good, kind husband.

I also became a bunnymom “by surprise” many years ago, and I’ve learned so much from every bunny I had and have adopted (I always have one bunnyman and one bunnywoman as bunnies are very social animals and need a partner). And every bunny taught me something about life. I would probably not be here anymore if I hadn’t bunnies. I save/adopt them, and they save me.

,I also let my bunnies to hang around with the cats.Nothing happened.

Is the same type of people who sees animals like objects, that's why we need better education around the globe, beginning with children, to teach them to respect even the smallest type of life, for example I don't like worms ,but that's on me not the worm, so one time when I was substitute teacher in a kindergarten ,me and a bunch of kids we were watching the ants, the snails and other insects in the garden ,some kids said ugh, I told we don't have to like them but we don't have to hurt them because we don't like them ,and I did some more explaining, unfortunately a kid come around and kill one of the insects so I had to explain him that that was wrong, people sometimes get a puppy because is cute,but forget that the puppy is going to grow, I can understand how stupid you have to be to not know or not think , before adopting a pet, in the long term, when I adopted my cat Nikté, first I waited till I was ready ,I wasn't ready till a few years after Charlene (my other cat) had died, then I waited till I had a job were allows me to feed her, take her year shots, take her to the vet etc, and I think hard ,do I want this commitment for 18 years?, So when I was ready to answer yes to all that I begin the search for her.
