@@vulcanraven9701 it does hurt but it makes sense at the same time - a person at his station in life rarely gets a first chance, let alone a second chance, while kids of middle class and upper class households can get as many chances as they can afford (a lot). they would've only obfuscated the reality behind the idea of the show by letting him have another chance, and they served the mission of the show well by refusing him any other chances at that life.

i hate what she did to him. Lip always falls for the wrong girls, the really evil, manipulative ones that can’t accept him for who he is and where he comes from. Then when he finally meets someone who is good for him (Sierra) and he messes that up. Poor luck on this guy

I don’t think Helene made an attempt to manipulate him. I think she thought he was of a similar mindset and a level of maturity (if that’s the right word) as her, and he could handle their relationship. He got in too deep.

She wasn't bad because she actually started to fall in love with Lip and Lip didn't feel the same way, she was bad because she expected him to after Lip clearly told her that he never made any promises to her. Because she was so angry with him, she betrayed him and sent out the nude picture of the professor to the whole school.

This modern show is normalizing CUCKOLDRY, brainwashing men into thinking it's normal for his girl or wife to be with other men. And it's not the only modern show out there. There are more, and it's all modern social engineering. Have you seen a modern show where the scripts are flipped? Modern Women would raise hell if it we're a man in her shoes. Family businesses have 10 times more character as opposed to a a chain restaurant. Go to mcdonalds anywhere in the world, same 4 walls, different food. Character dies in favour of profits.
