I just got a 2000 Lincoln towncar with no lights on dash, 151,600 miles, I’ve only owned it so far only about 150 miles, last weekend. To work and home, a 30 min late night drive on the freeway after clocking out at 11pm from working dishwasher. The black leather interior and the air suspension was well worth working for Dec 2022-May 20, 2023. I saved up money and watched your YT videos ❤ these are beautiful and mines a tiara collection!

Life ain't fair. I want it!!! My day will come. I remember being 16 my goal was to buy a towncar. I've completed that goal 6 times 😅 Many more goals completed, but now to buy a car from speacialty motor cars or get my hands on a 03+phantoms. Whoever buys this car, congratulations! Very nice. Love the little pointer. Watching live on my TV. 😂

Awesome find! This is exactly what I was looking for when I bought my 2006 Presidential Signature Limited. Interestingly, the only THX equipped Town Cars I have ever seen were 2006/2007 Designers in this same color. The big must have for me is the factory sunroof, I always get sunroof cars. The wheels on this one appear to be the 2006 25th anniversary wheels rather than the 18 spoke Designer wheels. The 2007 Designer with the fogs and Designer rear headrest and accent piping interior is special. I like everything about the designer, the only knock I would have is that to me the Designer leather seems less durable. At least for the Designers I looked at the leather seemed more worn.

My 06 Town Car brochure says the Designer comes with "Provence leather trimmed seats with Shirred inserts and contrasting piping" I have an 06 base TC in this color with 123k on it here in the rust belt of Cleveland. Frame is rock solid, but my rockers are rusted out. Car still looks good since the lower door plastics hide any rust. Runs like it was built yesterday.

Come on man ... That car need some good painted pin stripping and some chrome between the wheel wells on the bottom of the car and it needs some of the finder chrome rings as well. Then you'll have a rolling work of art.

I didn't realize the 07 had gone back to stamped steel control arms. I think they made a mistake going to the aluminum as well as struts as part of the 03 panther overhaul.

I remember Mercury's grandiose "dark toreado red" name on its 2nd year Marauder. Always like the placement of the tweeters with the THX as well as the provenance leather and the rear seat head rests. Was HID headlights an option?

Watch your channel alot. Love the content and your knowledge of these cars. I owned 4 Mark VIIIs never owned a town car. Thinking about getting a TC but no space for one. I have 2 mustangs a 2016 GT convertable and a 2010 GT500. As fate would have it I had fractured my spine two years ago and the GT500 basically just sits in the garage. Being over 60 years old now with a bad back it maybe time to move the GT500 along and drive something more comfortable.

I love a burgundy color on any vehicle, but strangely not fond of red. I am so weary from silver and gray vehicles, not so much the color but how many are on the road. Maybe one day the two tone colors from 1950 & 1960's will come back. No, I guess not.

Only suppose to run for 3 seconds on startup. If it runs longer, or more often then you have a leak. I've been servicing Ford air bags for 33 years They get great gas mileage! 20 average, 26 highway. Not bad for 2 tons. If gas makes a difference why are you driving a $50 thousand dollar luxury car?

Beautiful color, but it needs the white wall tires. A low mileage car in this condition should not have the dark window tint. It really takes away from the original beauty of the car. Just my humble opinion.

Some models, yes. These cars are what Ford got right. IF you take care of, and maintain these, it is quite easy to get 600-800 thousand miles out of them.

I'm sorry but I have a 95 Lexus LS 400 two owner with 200,000 miles that would put that Lincoln to shame. Mine is the base model with standard sunroof, chrome wheels, heated and cooled seats, Nakamichi stereo with amplifier,double pane windows, dual climate control, glass headlamps and the bulletproof 1UZE 4.0l engine. And its a Ebony Teal Pearl color.
