Would be cool to see if Specta releases the SDK for these drones. I really hate that DJI only does that for their enterprise drones now.

The Specta then is the mini 4K just under the Specta name, as the 4K doesn't have the front LED either.

I still have the first generation mini2, and I have a lot of its accessories. I am satisfied with its performance so I have not upgraded to mini3 or mini4 yet.

I would really appreciate an answer to this if you could please 🙏🏻. I bought a specta, works amazing, and I crashed it. Seems to be okay but one of the army is cracked. I would like to buy a new arm just in case even though it does seem to be okay. Would the dji mini 2 arm be compatible?

Also, I'm sad that the batteries aren't interchangeable. I have all the gear for my mini 4k, but recently wrecked it out of pure ignorance on my part. Considering that dji might be banned, this would be the next best thing. But without the fly more, it's almost worthless if i can't interchange the batteries.

Is it better than the fimi mini I here they are pretty good now

Somebody needs to make drones that run off of ham signals and totally leaves out all big brother portions. Hey going back to the good old days no limit drones would sell like hotcakes especially if they we're larger to handle wind better

When these companies start making Tx's with the screen/view and eliminate the cell phone need, THEN we can talk more about them. Great info in the video Beware RANT AHEAD I know DJI has some but they in and of themselves are more than this drone, BUT FIMI did it awhile back with their original drone and then came out later with a cell phone drone and then created another controller with it all inside People do not realize even IF you are flying sub 250, your still being tracked and data collected and shared by your cell phone location ( ping ) WiFi . The Future will be NETWORK ID that uses that WiFi signal/internet connection to do just that . Current broadcast RID is just a pre cursor to see how many would comply and how many would not. It is limited in scope and range, but just a trial run on RID that they wanted from day one but the tech was not there for them to have so a "RID module" or "built in RID"[ which I might add uses a network signal by cell phone ] SO some of this stuff needs to be thought out and one needs to eliminate some tech to enjoy true FREEDOM of Flight where you are not being tracked, your info collected and shared across dozens and dozens of entities you do not even know about. Let me name just a few, DOJ, FBI, CIA, DHS, DoD , FAA, ALL cell phone companies , Drone companies etc and on and on that list grows. They all were present in the testing of the "NETWORK" ID . They were all there for a reason and participated . Our true freedoms and rights are going to be restricted and even sub 250 and FRIA's will NOT be exempt for long . Just consider the DJI ban legislation where US entities want to eliminate competition . That same mentality that the CDA demanded of the airspace where they have demanded and are getting the space 400 ft AGL to the surface to operate in and have demanded all others be removed so there will be NO conflict . The RID is that surveillance tool so they can "see", "locate" and then MOVE or REMOVE whomever and whatever at their whim . And Congress so far has and is allowing that to happen as these companies have shelled out Billion$ to make that happen . Even the current CBO's are inline and have willingly participated in the sell out of the Hobby . Stating in their own words at every meeting and conversation "recreation is EXCLUDED" we warned that IF they refuse to stand up for the hobby side it is a matter of time before they go after the smaller commercial groups/businesses and well here we are even faster than anticipated . The DJI ban is just a single process of what is coming next . Once Government steps in all leisure/hobbies/fun gets destroyed . Be it fishing, hunting, camping, boating, hiking whatever Uncle Sam starts t regulate, charge fee's and taxes until one can not afford to enjoy or the fun is eliminated and many just stop. The we do it to preserve "whatever" is a LIE . they do it to steal freedoms and Rights from the people and more and more control of everything one does. Like the farmers, cattle, produce, poultry etc. the "food supply" is all Government ran and regulated. Little Mr and Mrs Farmer have to jump through hoops to survive passing all the costs to the consumers . They are even after backyard gardens in many locations forcing many to stop planting their own use food . Then there is energy, oil, Natural gas, wood, gasoline, electricity etc etc. Government controls it all and we see the prices skyrocket and then they come down a little BUT never where they were to start with . Utility costs and on and on that control is there and freedoms and rights lost . Yes this was a rant, BUT when will this community and citizens as a whole stand up to end the communist take over of this Nation and the globe ? How many more freedoms/Rights will you throw away ( give away ) until you say you have had enough ?!!! Ur Welcome

The Specta Air Mini looks like a Mini 4K clone. No front LEDs, fake file transfer button, controller only has 1 battery (like the RC-N1C that only works with the Mini 4K). I wonder what is printed under the battery door. On the Mini 4K, it has "Mini SE" printed on the label. The Mini 2 would be the better buy if not afraid of sticking with DJI right now.

There isn't even any extra batteries available, it's only $10 cheaper, and you can't get insurance through DJI. Just buy a Potensic Atom if you are trying to avoid buying DJI for some reason.
