How do you recommend training? Should I just practice going into different states (e.g. victory/rockstar, anger, sadness, fear, etc.) every morning through posture control?

And the best feedback you can get that the echo technique is working, is when they keep interrupting you and getting excited in the middle of you echoing what they just said. Cause rarely will people tell you how great you made them feel the ego won’t allow it. But rest assured they will think about you frequently and remember that feeling you gave them.

echo verbatim whenever possible until you develop a high degree of recall and fluidity and then you can start using just the first things they said and the last things they said and eventually you will be able to identity their personal trance words and simply use those, but to this day I still echo verbatim alot when ever possible.

Echoing someone feels a little weird to me because i cant tell if its doing anything, It's much easier when I'm drunk tbh dont know if i should say that but I followed the state control etc but it still feels a little odd to me

its just feels different, that doesn't make it wrong or ineffective, no one ever feels like its natural when they are first learning the echo technique, but the best part is that you don't need it to feel natural in order for it to work.
