@@oluwatobaemmanuel6602 I got a point on my license before I was even aware anything had happened. Once I confronted the company they sent me in a wild goose chase talking to the courts meanwhile my lawyer closed my case and apologized for not getting the results I wanted. Thus my fine going into collections and me getting the point due to “failure to appear” for not paying the fine. I since wrote a “chambers letter” where you ask the judge who reads it to overturn something based on evidence. I included everything. All the inquires I had sent asking what was happening with my case to both the lawyer and the company. I was told things were still being worked on which I believed every time up until I got the letter I was in collections. Luckily the judge seeing all the times I had asked for updates to receive nothing and how I was treated at the end being blocked all because asking them to speak with the courts and take responsibility. The judge granted me the ability to pay the fine plus the late fees I acquired while dealing with the company and lawyer stringing me along. I was able to do traffic school and the point is off my record now after paying heightened insurance rates for 3 months. All and all this company took me the long way around and costed me probably about an extra $650 dollars on top on my original bail. I am reporting the lawyer to the bar. I’m not the first person he’s fucked over and blocked. Do not use this pieces of shit. I’m warning you.

@@DailyMotor ticket is 170, clerk lady told to pay 220 onlinr=e in their website. She will put me on deferment and asked to stay clean for 90 days to keep off the record. No need of an attorney here right?
