Another one knocked out of the park Rochelle!!!! We love Spencer Smith Park & I love learning more about the roots! Especially the Joseph Brant info... I was curious a few times driving by who the hospital was named after. Now I know 👍 You should do a fun facts about Burlington & include things like that to help us get acquainted with the City! As a new resident to the area, I loved how much you shared with me when we were looking at homes. Now, I miss those chats & you answering my random questions. Have a great 2024!

Thanks for assisting the algorithm with your comment. However, I get the same email 10+ times per week from people like yourself... and while I appreciate the tenacity, I am not interested & really do not want to have to start dealing with comments on my videos from people offering services like yours in addition to the emails I already deal with. The purpose of my channel is not to have millions of views, but rather to help a small few really become acquainted with the area & hopefully trust me to guide them through their real estate transactions... just know it is a waste of time to keep persuing me & you should drop me from your follow up list.
