@@leodcreations it's a fantasy RPG game. They made a cookbook for the game and one of the recipes is Skyrim Mead using juniper berries and hearb.

I made Ginger, concord grape. and Honey. in a 10 gallon batch. the ginger mixed with a little water. made 1 gallon of ginger sauce. with cinnamon and cloves . makes my arthritus feel good

Rad- I actually finished backsweetening my own elderberry cyser… wondered about adding herbs, but didn’t. I went to 1.036 backsweetening, but I had some granny smiths in secondary, which cut the perceived sweetness.

@@leodcreations I did about a gallon and a half, but in secondary I used 2 Granny’s, 2 honey crisp, 2 fuji, and a golden delicious. 1oz dried elderberry- primary and also secondary. Came out nicely!
