Watching you has made me try my hand at cooking some more exotic dishes. I'm still very raw, but they've been a hit with my friends and family and I personally enjoy them very much. I go through a lot of szechuan(sp?) peppercorns these days :) The flavor they bring and the numbness sensation is quite addictive. Thanks for your videos Uncle!

Заметьте, Иван Арнольдович: холодными закусками и супом закусывают только недорезанные большевиками помещики. Мало-мальски уважающий себя человек оперирует с закусками горячими. А из горячих московских закусок это - первая. Когда-то их великолепно приготовляли в «Славянском базаре».

Ои, ренатмк, доброго утра, привет из Беларуси, и не говори, ренатик, молодцы люди, получают истинное удовольствие от трапезы, если честно, я тоже, когда кушаю, то и причмркиваю и прищелкиваю, кому надо прказная культура еды, ну если только на преме каком нибудь в посольстве, а я человек простои, обычная женщина, люблю вкусную еду, а потом сесть и получить пищевои оргазм, охая и ахая. Ренатмк, ещё раз шлю привет из Беларуси, здоровья вам и вашеи семье, у нас сеичас 7,48 утра, иду готовить беларуские колдуны с мясом, борщ красныи и евреискии форшмак по одесски, как на канале у лидули с привоза, смачно очень блюдо, ух, как сяду, как наверну по тихои грусти, и как говорят у нас в Беларуси, хаваися. У бульбу., накрыися бураками.

Разгрузочных, это ж надо, колдунов.... 3,бутербродоы с форма ком..... 3, много, много, борщ не влез

Bone marrow is delicious. If you’ve never had them, try them! Your butcher will and can get them for you if your grocer doesn’t already carry them.

The chewyness goes away with more time cooking. It's a balance with marrow, since it's a type of fat and melts/renders with more time/heat. Marrow bones can also just be cooked by placing the bone sections on a baking sheet and baking in the oven. Hard to mess up and so delicious. This video is great!
