INGREDIENTS:
• Whole chicken wings
• Heath Riles BBQ Chicken Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeno Rub
• Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
• Parmesan cheese
• Baking Powder
• Corn starch
• Butter
• Lemon juice
• Cloves of garlic
• Parsley
• Black pepper
WING SAUCE:
• 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
• 1/2 stick of butter
• 1/2 of a lemon squeezed
• 3-4 cloves of minced garlic
• tablespoon of parsley
• 1/4 cup of Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
• teaspoon of black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Get your grill up to temperature of approximately 400º.
2. Coat both sides of your chicken wings with Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeno and Chicken Rubs. Place your wings back in the fridge for about an hour.
3. Combine 1/2 cup of corn starch, 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeno and Chicken Rubs, and your wings in a ziploc bag and shake.
4. Place your wings on a wire rack and on your grill. Spray your wings with Duck Fat Spray and cook for about an hour.
5. While your wings are cooking, create your wing sauce. Combine the ingredients above in a pan, and let it simmer on your stove.
6. After one hour, take your wings off of your grill and toss in your wing sauce. Add freshly shredded parmesan cheese and parsley over your wings if you'd like.
7. Enjoy!

The corn starch and baking powder is a wonderful trick to make you think your eating real fried chicken wings! I’ve done this on the Green Egg and it’s a game changer.

Thanks for the video Heath, went ahead and purchased your rubs and sauces too. Tried them tonight, they came out overcooked and dry. I may only do 45 min next time. I haven’t perfected my Traeger either. Way too many hotspots on the edges.
