Today, We are making a soft, tender, spicy, herbaceous and of course, delicious recipe that is called #SpicyGrilledSeafoodCake or widely known as #OtakOtak. Some other Otak Otak recipes won't require frying the paste, but I preferred to be fried so that it can extract a lot of flavour.
In this recipe I'm using the same paste, two different technics, and two outcomes to cook it, the first one is Steam and the other one is Grill. Both outcomes are delicious, give an aromatic taste and the flavors are so bold that I want you to try them at home and serve your family and friends, I am sure that they gonna love this.
