RECIPE:
makes like...a ton of tacos, guy
3 Large chicken breasts, cubed
1lb of Shrimp, shells and tails removed
1 Large white onion
1 Clove Garlic
3 Roma tomatoes
2 Limes
2 Tblsp butter, for saute
1 cup of salsa
Lettuce/Arugula for filings
Sour Cream/Greek Yogurt
Shredded Cheese
SPICE BLEND:
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tblsp Paprika
2 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Basil
1/2 Tsp Coriander
