I have never canned anything but I really want to start. Is there a reason you need to get the bubbles out before you put them in the canner? Thanks

Hi TJC, Yes, air bubbles will cause the seal not to seal during the canning process. Also, make sure you wipe the rim of jars and check for any chips on the jar rim before placing your seal on jar. I hope this helps and thanks for watching and commenting ❤️ Have fun canning! Judy
