It’s all relative. Compared to now it’s practically top tier. But it’s half the movie the first two were. I think the retcon was dumb, Harry’s arc was needless, Topher as Eddie was poor(I actually enjoy him more after he gets the symbiote). The infamous dance scene, although funny now, was a major head scratcher 20 years ago. Bad may be too strong a description, but it’s definitely flawed

MJ wanted Peter to “try to understand.” Right after he said “I understand.” And she doesn’t tell him he got fired at all, so he think she’s up on top and can’t bring himself to her level and so he’s continuing his praise saying how everything is going good. To me she was annoying, but the relationship is just like that to me.
