I started collecting in 2016 but started taking it seriously and becoming more dedicated to it and careful in 2020. I started to understand the importance of these. I was extremely lucky to get the retro Spider-Man and I understand how much it's worth and how good of a figure it is and I don't trust myself to have it. But that's just one. It's like that for like half of my collection. I'm constantly terrified something will happen lmao.

That Goblin @7:25 headsculpt really scares the crap out of me..great 2 pack that one..the story is one of the best and it is a pity they never adapt it faithfully for the big screen. I regret seeing and holding that fearsome foes boxset and not picking it up. And yeah def Green Goblin..Doc Oc 2nd.😎

I started collecting Marvel Legends in like june 2021 and since then my goal was to collect as much Spidey enemies as possible, along with some Avengers and Spidey himself. Right now I managed to get retro Sandman, Hammerhead and Shocker, Vulture from Demogoblin wave, Carnage from Venompool wave (the first ML I've ever bought!) and Movie Venom which I customized to look just like his comicbook appearance. And for Spidey, well, I only managed to get the retro Black Suit Spidey but it's not enough since the red & blue one from the retro wave is the big deal which is sadly unobtainable. My current goal is getting the new retro Rhino but also either Doc Ock and/or Green Goblin since what is Spidey without his great arch enemies?

There is something special about the toybiz sinister six figures that not other new figure will be able to capture.

Ever since pizza Spiderman was my very first Marvel Legend from 2015, I still keep him till this very day and I will get retro Ben Reilly Spiderman along with retro Spiderman 2099, Sandman, Venompool wave Absolute Carnage and Morlun, But Green Goblin is the best Spidey villain in my opinion.

Another thing about Anti-Venom is that because Eddie wore Venom too much, he got cancer and the cancer was feeding Venom, so he tossed it off and the Venom symbiote bonded with Scorpion, and soon Scorpion went so crazy he began to eat other people and had to get Spider-Man's help to take it off, and when they did it bonded with Eddie again but this time it turned it white with a black logo and cured his cancer, and he became a good guy to help people with diseases and cure them. But in the Ultimate Spider-Man TV show, IDK if this was in the comics or not, can't remember, but Carnage became a 'disease' and spread all across NYC and Harry(the main host in the show) somehow still had a piece of Venom in his DNA but this time it became like Anti-Venom and cured anyone with Carnage on them, and had to sacrifice himself to save the city, and the symbiote was gone for the rest of the show, RIP Ultimate Spider-Man, best Spider-Man show ever. Coming very close if not right next to Animated.

Your 🕷🕸Spider-Man🕸🕷 look back at the Green Goblin was awesome! The "feuds" or disagreements between Stan Lee and Steve Ditko about who created the origin of who The Goblin was, was something I heard about but never knew the details of. One thing I do remember someone saying is a hero is only as good as his villains. Hence this is why I honestly feel Batman is the definitive DC Hero. Because of his villains. 🃏🃏Joker🃏🃏and 🐧🐧Penguin🐧🐧 being the main baddies. 🕷🕸Spider-Man🕸🕷was obviously Marvel's SUPER Hero. He literally has the most iconic and incredible villains ever made. Electro, Doc Ock, Lizard, Rhino, Hobgoblin, Morbius, Kraven the Hunter, Jackal, the Tarantula, the Vulture, the Green Goblin, and Venom & Carnage! These are the most insane, creative, and awesome looking villains ever made. They translated so well into figures as well. My Marvel Legends or my Marvel figure collection has the Hulk. Iron-Man, Captain America and the Falcon, the Red Skull, the Fantastic 4️⃣, and the X-Men. But my favorite and most beloved figures are from the 🕷🕸Spider-Man🕸🕷 series. I've bought both of the Marvel 3¾" and 6" lines. The Sam Raimi 🎬movie🎬 lines, and the Toy Biz lines, up to and including the Marvel Legends figures. Now that said, the newest "retro" line. I couldn't find ANY OF THEM! I desperately wanted the Mysterio figure, and now the Lizard figure. But no chance. The X-Men line same thing. Now that crying said I go have the Toy Biz Goblin figure, awesome BTW! ALSO the ToyBiz Doctor 🐙Octopus🐙 from series VIII I think. Those in my opinion are the two best versions of these characters. The newest Lizard also looks great. I was lucky enough to have grown up during the Mego Superheroes heyday! I had them all even the special mail in's for the Kid Flash, Aqua-Lad, Speedy, and Wonder-Girl, as well as Clark Kent, Bruce Wayne, and Dick Grayson in their secret identities. Sadly they are gone. Lone gone since 1980 or so. I've loved collecting, playing with, posing, taking 📸 photos 📷 of, and recently creating dioramas for them. The 3¾" Marvel Universe line is so much easier to create for. LOL. But another but, the Marvel Selects lines, some came with some amazing accessories, backdrops, or diorama pieces. Which is why I laugh at the emo people who ONLY BUY one brand and refuse to even accept any others. There are so many opportunities missed out on with that attitude. I even use or would use my DC Universe accessory pieces for other lines. Why limit yourself? Your collection is a perfect example of what you can achieve if you go all in. I love Toy Biz. They are in my opinion the definitive, well some of the figures are the best versions. One quick example is the Galactus wave. I spent over 18 months trying to acquire that set, both loose and in packaging. I am NOT a MIP/MIB collector. I love taking out my figures. But if I can acquire one of each, especially a set, I will do that. I was able to get some of them loose. One definitive figure, Nightcrawler from X-Men. Then I found some still in the packaging. My main ones I wanted loose were Nightcrawler, Professor X, War Machine, the Hulk both the Variant and regular release, the other variant 🎯Bullseye🎯, Dr. Strange, and the last one I can't remember his name? WTH!? Got it! Deathlok! Sorry. I learned quickly that getting these figures both loose and sealed would NOT BE CHEAP! So again I found Nightcrawler both loose and sealed, the Gray Hulk variant both loose and sealed, the Green Hulk loose and sealed, Dr.Strange loose x2 and sealed x2? The🎯Bullseye🎯 variant loose and sealed, the regular version just sealed. Deathlok, War Machine I only got sealed which I was okay with. I wanted War Machine but too much $$$$ for him so I passed. Because I really wanted Professor X loose and sealed. I FOUND ONE SEALED/NEW and loose but he wanted $175.00? No way. This BTW was about 5-6 yrs back. I found a sealed Professor X for $55.00 so I grabbed it. There was also a movie version of Professor X from X-Men 2or X-2 when Xavier and Scott visited Magneto in his plastic jail. The set had Professor X in a clear plastic wheelchair ♿ instead of the metal one that the Toy Biz one had. That one was $40.00. I got them both with shipping for under $90.00 and I lost out on the loose version. The bidding war hit $50.00 and I passed. I also lucked out and found a loose Galactus BAF complete! As well as a Apocalypse BAF complete as well! I was a idiot and paid way too much for them. $90.00 for Galactus and $95.00 for Apocalypse. During this time period I became extremely ill. I was working as a class 3 mother board/computer chip soldering dude...lol. It was AWESOME WORK! However I ended up with pneumonia multiple times. I was hospitalized multiple times, in respiratory ICU for weeks, and then a heart attack. Despite this insanity I stayed hopeful. While I was laying in the 🏥🏥hospital🏥🏥 I had my Sony Playstation Vita, my PSP, and my Nintendo 3DS. Then I began fartin' around with my📱📱phone📲📲 since they had Wi-Fi at the hospital. I started watching You Tube. Movies, Mini-Golfing(memories of my Dad and I), and then I found🔥Hot🔥Wheels🔥, and Die-Cast car racing! I was hooked. But then I also found channels like the Review Spot, Anthony's Customs, etc. They did action figure reviews and gave detailed information on articulation, poseability, paint apps, the overall look, the accessories, backdrops, and any other extras you may get. These channels became extremely important and useful. Especially since many stores were now beginning to see the scalper crunch. Meaning the scalpers buy the cases as they come in, basically emptying the shelves, forcing collectors to buy off eBay for ridiculously high prices or on-line at a BBTS Big Bad Toy Store type place. Where you won't SEE what your buying. So whether or not you'll like it is ?50/50? However these channel provided me the chance to see these figures up close. Get an idea on whether or not I wanted to blow $150.00+ on a case or pass? Now that said, YOUR CHANNEL is even more important! I still love my older Toy Biz figures. Other lines, or movies sets. Whatever? Channels like yours allow collectors like us to see these classic figures up close and it give us some idea about how much we want it to not want it? Is it worth spending $50.00-$150.00 or pass and say nope! I want to thank you creators for doing these videos. YES, they are entertaining, yes they are fun to watch and cool to see the past, but you also provide a great service to us collectors! Scalpers have destroyed this hobby as well as the Die-Cast car hobby as well! They have turned a wonderful hobby into a completely new way to rip people off. Your videos, your dedication to this hobby allows us see what we may want or pass on what's not the best instead of buying blind! THANK YOU SIR! I apologize for being so LONG WINDED! But I've LOVED collecting action figures as I said back to the days of MEGO! I missed out on the early 80's 4"‐5" figures.
