I'm very into affirmations/stating intentions (as my grown kids will attest!) I also use visualization daily, as well as traditional Jewish liturgy with my community. *Really, thank you for this video! so many people have been traumatized by "religion" that they may hesitate to find spiritual practices that are appropriate for themselves!
