Love the embroidered caftans, have been drooling on them for sale on Etsy. Nice dancing! I'm not the expert, but on some of the YT dabke channels, the crowd jumps in the line, usually at the back and the line progresses! Might be 20 people in that line, and the front 5 or so sets the pace! Im in the back of the line trying to figure my left foot from my right!😂🤣😂🤣😂 What a hoot! Woohoo!!!!

SimplySerenity The Christians are only 1-2.5% of the Palestinian Arab population while they are now 7% of the Israeli Arab population. So the Palestinian Arab population is in all intents and purposes Muslim. I wonder why?

This is not the way a traditional Muslim /Palestinian Debke should or ever would be done. The ladies shouldn’t be hiking up their dresses (jilbabs) or be doing a mixed debke.

These are American Palestinians keeping ancient culture alive! Levantine Arabs have an amazing rich history that differs immensely from gulf nations. Thobes represented different districts of Palestine. Intricate embroidery through the dress very specific to Palestine.

الله معكم يا مستقبل فلسطين. الحمل ثقيل عليكم. بس انتو قدها وقدود. عام النكبة 1948 كان الفلسطينيون الذين يتكلمون اﻷنجليزية للدفاع عن قضيتنا قلة قليلة جدا. أما الآن فدوركم كبير. المثل بيقول: كل طلعة قبالها نزلة. وهم اﻵن في النزول بدليل قوة العجم المسلمون في أيران الذين يكيلون الصفعات للصهيونية وأتباعها العربان. ربنا ينصركم وينصرهم

@@user-sv1vo5dc3z صحيح ولكن ليست من عاداتنا ابدا ان تمسك البنت بيد الشاب وترقص، تحصل فقط عندما يكون زفاف وتمسك بيد اخيها او اي محرم. لا حبيبتي لا تشوهي ثراثنا الجميل العريق و الطاهر . للاسف لا احب اي دبكة مختلطة في الشوراع . وهذه لاتزال افضل من غيرها. هناك دبكة البنت بعت لابسه البنطلون الضيق جدًا وترفع ارجلها بشكل مخزي ( تفحج) استحى الشب يعملها. عندما تصبح الدبكة استعراض لشعر البنت قفزها احبطت مقصد عرض تراثنا
