You are absolutely right Paji. Mere Daikin ke ac K installation k time Technician ne Proper 40-45 minutes ke liye Vaccume kiya tha Vaccume pump motor se Phir usne gauge Pressure me check karke required pressure maintain karkemere ac system Ko On kiya. This process takes time that's why some technician avoiding this Important thing. Ac system needs proper Vaccume to give its100% Performance.👍

Mere yhn bi daikan ac laga hai 6 months back.. muje yaad ni ki vacuum hua tha ya nhi? Kya krna chhaiye kuki warranty mein hai??😶😶 working theek krra hai.

@@babitagarg6751 abhi koi fayda nahi hai Ek bar System on ho jata hai Bina Vaccume kiye matlab Pipes Jo installation ke vakt joint ki unme Mojid air air moisture Puri system me fhel gaya hoga. Lekin jabh bhi kich Reinstall kare to Vaccume karvana bhulyega nahi.👍

@@vivekjadhav4984 in my case no i bought ac from Daikin authorised dealer. And they have very good technical staff. And they also gave me one feedback form that you are Fully satisfied with installation process 💙. For any other thing they can demand extra money but for vaccume don't need to give money. If technician is matured enough they will vaccume ac local dealers give installation to unskilled young boys and they will make your installation worst.

For installation and uninstallion always prefer team from brand itself, I have reinstalled ac from local technican now struggling with leakage, low cooling, low aur through, improper installation and many more, at last called service team from brand.

Sir 1 point aur hai, air non condensable hoti hai, jis se compressor aur condenser work karta hai but air condense nhi Hoti to heat load badta hai, per refrigerant condensable hota hai, so Last Agar air hoti to system air ko bina faida khumayega

Sir mere paas mitshubishi heavy 1.5 ton hybrid ac hai. Kuch din se usmein ek problem aa rahi hai. Jab on karte hai tab 2-3 min baad compressor apne aap band ho jata hai. Technitian ne pcb, capacitor ko ok bataya. Compressor band hone tak 7-8 amp current hi le raha hai. 2-3 technitian ko dikha diya. Unki jab samajh nahi aata to keh dete hai ke iska compressor change karna hoga. Kya compressor change karwa le?

Sabse bada point sardaar ji jo aap miss kar rahe ho wo ye hai ki system me air hone se compressor ko jyada kaam karna padta hai jisse ki noise jayada hoti hai aur electricity jayada khata hai aur compressor ki life kam ho jati hai. Air jab compressor se jaati hai to liquid me nahin badalti jabki refrigerant liquid me badal jata hai aur high pressure air system me ghumti rahti hai, jisse future me gas leak ke chance bhi rahte hain.

Maine new ac installation karata tha to usne Vacuum nahi kiya. But 1.5 year achha chalata raha. Maine use fir se relocation karaya tab bhi vacuum nahi kiya. Aaj ac cooling nahi kar raha. Today engineer ne bataya ki gas Kam hai. 😢 Ab 3900 laga ke fir se gass fill Karana pada. Kas maine ye video pahile hi dekh Li hoti.

Most technician who come for installation are different n for repair ppl r different. Why . Bcz for installation service center uses least paid employees n most of them don't know there job n want to finish it in minutes bcz for any problem they wont be liable. This is the main reason why they don't vacuum.

2 month ago mera ek split ac install hua. Mene technician ko bola vacuum karne ko. But unhone outdoor ke valve ke pass se ek line se gas relise kiya or dusri line pe L- n key se pressure relise kiya then he open another valve. Kya esa karna sahi hai?

I am getting my Split AC installed today and I told technician to get Vacuum on the call. He told me he will do FLASHING. I think it is same to what you mentioned. But I told him to do Vacuum instead. He said he will not be able to do Flashing if he does Vacuum. Let's see what he does after coming home.

Hi sir, mera ac main ek minor leakage tha in door flair main, service engineer ne 2 time nitrogen gas hold karke leakage check kiya tha but they didn't vacuumed after finding leakage, then they again refill gas now a days discharge pipe main ice build up ho raha jab ac on kar hara hu but after 5-7 min wo chala ja raha hai.some i fill ke less cooling ho raha hai.plz give solution.

Don't worry bro. In future... Gas low problem means... Contact proper ac mechanic and tell him to vaccum and install

agar Technician thodi gas pehle daal de aur phir woh gas puri pipe se hoti hui release kar dein air nikaalne k liye, but vaccum na karein aur baad main full gas release kar dein to kya yeh work karta hai ? Isme kya problem aa sakti hai, detail main batayein

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!! I Ordered Panasonic 1.5 3 star AC in Pune. However while installation the installation guy did not vacuum the machine. Unfortunately he "flushed" the pipes in his words and was arguing so much on his clear fault. I stopped the installation after that. He has not run the AC yet. My question here is can i still vacuum the AC? If yes what additional steps are there? Or should i ask for replacement??

You can't do anything now. If possible, complaint to panasonic customer support and tell them technician didn't perform vacuum. Not vacuuming it will give long time issue.

My 2 and half month old godrej 2 ton eon AC was not giving that cooling as expected finally called technician he pointed on vaccume issue which was not done during installation. They are supposed to do it now by taking all gas out and vaccume and refill. But your oil concept is it nor applicable to my ac as well? Then why cooling issue?

What if I remove the vaccum pump before opening allen key volve? I actually removed the vaccum pump line from ac before opening allen key volve, and it sucked some air for like 0.5 seconds. Did I ruin my AC?

Yeah, some air entered. After vacuumed, you needed to open allen key valves only then remove the line, this way gas won't let the air in when line is removed. But shouldn't matter much.
