Johnny mentioned at one would need to beat the closing line by 2% to be profitable. Wouldn't someone need to beat the closing line by at least 2.4% on average to overcome the vig? Where is the flaw in my math? Thanks guys

As far as exchanges go, they can be great but like you said you have to understand what price you are actually getting when making a bet at (meaning factoring the commision in properly and other potential hidden fees). As far as seeding, I think I would go as far as saying that no one should be on their own trying to seed a market especially if they don't have technology to remove seeded markets when it is correct to do so.

Polish middles are funny. You hear constantly that you can't bet that you will have a polish middle. Not many people realize that it jsut doesnt matter. The only thing that matters is that the bet you are currently making is independently +EV.
