Would love to know the Stronger Man Journey Discipleship topics you go through quarterly with your boys (and girls if you do something similar for them). Would make for a great book/resource for families like ourselves who have a desire to biblically disciple our kids well but didn’t have great examples of how to go about that ourselves growing up.

Sports don’t have to take nearly as much of a time commitment as what everyone would have you believe. And there’s plenty of coaches who will allow kids to miss practices for religious reasons. If you’re good at a sport, you’ll play, even if you have to miss practices. I do feel sad for kids who never got into sports since I feel like the expression of athletics and physicality is such a gift from God and a path to become a lifelong exerciser, as well as giving kids the confidence that through consistent hard work, they can create change in their bodies. Good word.
