How to start the process to avoid lower back injuries in young athletes with 3 simple exercises.
This video explains the reasons why young athletes and ATP & WTA tennis players, can get lower back injuries, and shows a few of many exercises that will start the process to avoid lower back injuries, and lower back pain. There are a lot more exercises and variations of these exercises, but this is a good start to stop lower back injuries (lower back pain) at an early age from happening.

What causes the injury to begin with? Good job for bringing up this topic. Your heart is in the right place. Natural learning can be defined as this..."The body leads the way and the brain catalogs what hurts and what works".

Lumbar Hyper extension in the serve is one of the causes, but for the most part 90% of lower back injuries are due to lack of strengthening the muscles around the lower back, and lack of stretching. The athletic movement on the serve, forehand and backhand are not a natural movement that the body can withstand for a long period of time without the appropriate strengthening and stretching of the lower back area and everything that’s related to it.

I thought you guys are pro. Fixing the back pain easy than you think because I know kungfu and yoga, just stand low down with your behind sticking up from behind just like weight lifting style will fix your back stronger and get the tennis balls more easier. Just try it by yourself and you will see the result I used to have tennis back pain, I fixed by standing the right way that is
