Great video. I like your loader. The one we had we had to hang the arms from rafters in the shed.

i like old farm work vids...thanks for posting from WI...1980's tractor on the loading tho...just saying..I could sure use that Ford...In case anyone watching doesnt know the spreader is wheel driven not PTO...gears, chains and sprockets

And even the Ford isn’t pleasant for loader work because it has no front wheel assist and very slow hydraulics. Aside from that though it is a GREAT tractor.

Yes, The apron chain speed is adjustable.

DAD USED TO SPREAD THAT VERY SAME WAY. USED TO HELP HIM CLEAN THE BARN THAT WAY. JOHN DEERE AND NEW IDEA SPREADER. WHEN WE WERE YOUNG...BACK THEN. 🤔🤔👍 WE NICKNAMED THAT SMELL ''FARMERS' PERFUME'' .. LOL
